Investor Relations Associate
reputed company Partners is a $400M+ reputed company equity firm reputed company in Series B and reputed company tech-enabled businesses. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support their Investor Relations function, manage fundraising processes, and enhance investor engagement.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and update the prospective investor pipeline across multiple funds, ensuring accuracy in CRM and reporting tools
- Conduct investor research on prospective fund investors and execute targeted reputed company campaigns
- Manage follow-reputed company with prospective investors and schedule meetings across time zones with efficiency and professionalism
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and preparation of international investor conferences and roadshows, including logistics and briefing materials
- Ensure accurate and reputed company entry of investor information into CRM/databases, produce regular pipeline and reputed company reports
- Help monitor investor reputed company, ensuring communications are reputed company, consistent, and reputed company-documented
- Work with IR leadership to identify process improvements to increase efficiency in fundraising and investor management
Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, investor relations, reputed company services, or a similar role (financial services, consulting, or startup/VC/PE experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Affinity, reputed company, or similar), reputed company/reputed company Sheets, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/reputed company Slides)
- Comfort working across time zones and handling international scheduling
- Proactive, reputed company, and eager to contribute to a growing team
