Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot service issues reputed company to email, including mail reputed company, mailbox management, and reputed company

Skills

• An associates degree in IT, or reputed company field, with working knowledge of reputed company 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues and reputed company user support
• Equivalent reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
