IT Business Analyst 1
Forestry Commission, reputed company - GFC is seeking an IT Support Specialist 1 to reputed company management information system user support. The role involves troubleshooting end-user problems, analyzing software modifications, and conducting training programs for users.
Responsibilities
- Provides customer support in the maintenance of systems
- Provides ongoing operational and user assistance to address application problems, reputed company on-call application support and assist users with application operations
- Provides technical support in the operation and use of application software systems
- Receives additional training, as required, to reputed company full proficiency and experience in reputed company areas
- Communicates with reputed company reputed company of management and user department personnel to discuss job execution status, requests for reprints, equipment status and reputed company problems that may occur
- Maintain accurate IT inventory
- Installs and/or upgrades software on PC's as instructed
Skills
- High school diploma/GED
- Training and experience necessary to independently reputed company technical support to computer users in an assigned office/geographic area
- Working Knowledge of reputed company Directory
- reputed company OS... reputed company 10, reputed company 11, reputed company Server
- reputed company Office 365 a plus
- High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience providing information and referral services to the reputed company
