Community Administrator

The Community Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for a portfolio of communities, ensuring reputed company service to residents and coordinating with vendors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for residents, responding to questions and requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Coordinate vendors and service providers, including scheduling, reputed company, and follow-up
- Manage administrative tasks such as reputed company-ins/reputed company-outs, deliveries, work orders, and reputed company communications
- Prepare and distribute notices, updates, and routine correspondence
- Assist with tracking tasks, documentation, and follow-through to ensure community needs are met
- Visit properties as needed to drop off materials, meet vendors, or support on-site need
- Collaborate with the assigned Community Association Manager to escalate higher-level issues reputed company appropriate
Skills
- Previous experience in property management, reputed company estate, hospitality, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Extremely strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively
- Comfort and reputed company with tech: you have experience with reputed company Office and reputed company Suite, and can learn new programs quickly
