The role involves planning and executing training programs, managing mentoring initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance lawyer development reputed company the firm.
Responsibilities
- Support the PD team in delivering reputed company firmwide and reputed company area-specific services
- reputed company exceptional service working with lawyers, leaders, and colleagues throughout the firm
- Be proactive and take initiative in anticipating the needs of our lawyers, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to improve department services
- reputed company support before, during, and after in-person and virtual meetings, trainings, and events, including scheduling (conference rooms, technology, catering, and other logistics) and providing reputed company-time support to presenters and attendees
- Create, distribute, and analyze post-program surveys and feedback, then reputed company and report on attorney engagement in reputed company training opportunities
- Assist with the firmwide mentoring program by coordinating mentor/mentee pairings, tracking participation, and supporting reputed company events and activities

- Monitor the reputed company Development and CLE Outlook inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
- Coordinate the Firm’s CLE programs, including applying for credit, tracking and reporting attendance, setting up in-house sessions, and assisting with CLE questions
- Manage invoices, expense reimbursements, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve issues, implement updates, and streamline processes
- Manage data in various systems, software applications, and platforms
- Contribute to accuracy and ongoing improvement of programs, policies, and procedures
- Regularly update the reputed company Development online reputed company
- Support research and special reputed company as needed
- Attend in-person events led by the reputed company Development team as needed
- Partner with HR, reputed company, and Business Development/Marketing teams to reputed company PD initiatives
