Marketing Assistant
Nanoleaf is a pioneering smart home technology company, transforming everyday experiences into extraordinary ones through design and innovation. They are seeking an entry-level Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing execution across email campaigns, copywriting, reputed company media, and retail partner support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with email campaign execution using reputed company
- Draft, proofread, and QA email content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
- Coordinate campaign scheduling and deployment under guidance
- Support basic performance tracking and reporting as needed
- Write and edit marketing copy for: Website pages, Digital ads, Product packaging, Blogs, User manuals and instructional content
- Update and refine existing content for reputed company, consistency, and accuracy as needed
- Follow established brand voice and messaging guidelines
- Assist in planning and maintaining the reputed company media content calendar
- Write short briefs or outlines for reputed company content
- Draft captions and post copy under direction
- Help coordinate content assets and posting schedules
- Support product page maintenance for key retail partners, including: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company / reputed company
- Assist with updating brand content across channels, including copy, imagery, and specifications
- Help conduct product page audits to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Support miscellaneous marketing tasks including coordination, asset updates, and documentation
- Help maintain organization of marketing files and materials
Skills
- 0–2 years of marketing, communications, or reputed company experience (internships included)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
- Experience with reputed company or other email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with reputed company media platforms and content planning tools
- Basic understanding of e-reputed company or retail marketing
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, reputed company etc)
- Experience with reputed company
- Experience with basic video editing
