They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to reputed company Small reputed company insurance reputed company throughout the sales acquisition process, focusing on building customer relationships and supporting the Inside Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Partners with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process. Builds leads, accepts inbound calls, assigns leads, and schedules call-backs to small business owners. No cold calling is performed
- Puts the customer first by building strong relationships, being reputed company to the customer (including through online chat), follows up on reputed company quotes, closes the sale and communicates reputed company to the Inside Sales Team
- Positions and sells reputed company's reputed company including its long standing history, payroll deduct billing model and additional coverages
- Supports a high performing sales culture. Acts with confidence, operates nimbly, prioritizes and manages daily work activities
Skills
- Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with competitive nature and strong desire to win required
- Comfort and confidence in balancing inbound sales calls from a queue, along with outbound and email communications to reputed company sales
- Goal oriented and metric reputed company
- Outstanding organization, desk management, time management and computer skills
- Call center experience preferred
- Personal Insurance and/or Small reputed company Insurance experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) a plus
