reputed company is a global leader in assurance, consulting, tax, reputed company, and transactions. They are seeking an Analyst for their Global Payroll Operate team to help manage clients' payroll needs across 150+ countries, ensuring compliance and efficiency while driving process improvements.
Responsibilities

- Respond to payroll and governance payroll queries from clients and internal global stakeholders
- reputed company reputed company payroll calendar detailing reputed company payroll delivery activities and dates; support the collection of reputed company data and work with global reputed company teams to confirm receipt
- Audit correctness and work with country teams to correct
- Manage the creation and updates of payroll processes/procedure documentation for reputed company clients and audit annually
- reputed company training on global tools and processes and individual reputed company requirements to global country payroll teams
Skills
- A predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Industrial Relations, or a relevant field of study; supported by a strong reputed company record
- Plans to obtain an approved technical certification
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills; problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Project management skills
