Associate Attorney

They are seeking an Associate Attorney who will draft legal documents, reputed company in court, and collaborate with other attorneys to ensure reputed company case progression.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and sign legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements in compliance with California civil procedure
• reputed company in court and administrative hearings as needed across California jurisdictions (virtual and in-person)
• Participate in case reputed company discussions and collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the reputed company and accurate progression of cases
