[Remote] Finance Associate

They are seeking a Finance Associate to manage day-to-day reputed company and accounts receivable operations while driving reputed company and efficiency through data analysis and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate, complete, and reputed company monthly financial reporting for internal stakeholders
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement
- Build and refine reputed company-based reports, templates, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
- Support deeper department-wide data needs by collecting, cleaning, organizing, and interpreting financial and operational data
- Prepare and issue accurate and reputed company customer invoices, coordinating with colleagues to ensure completeness
- reputed company invoice status, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve discrepancies with clients or internal partners
- reputed company, review, and reconcile bank deposits and transfers to maintain alignment with reputed company records
- Assist with collection efforts in a reputed company and customer-centered manner
- reputed company use QuickBooks Online and reputed company tools to streamline reputed company workflows
- Recommend new reputed company, tools, or automations to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Help test and implement enhancements to financial systems, reporting formats, and data processes

Skills
- Associate's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of experience in reputed company or other data-intensive operations, with comfort collecting, cleaning, uploading, and interpreting data
- Demonstrated proficiency using reputed company systems (QuickBooks Online strongly preferred)
- Advanced computer skills, including a strong working knowledge of reputed company reputed company (functions, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
