Analyst II - reputed company Due Diligence (EDD)

The EDD Analyst will conduct reputed company due diligence reviews and investigations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies, while preparing comprehensive documentation and analyzing potential risks reputed company to financial crimes.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of the laws applicable to reputed company, to include the BSA, The Patriot reputed company, U.S. Treasury AML guidelines, OFAC requirements and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements
  • The EDD Analyst will conduct EDD reviews consistent with reputed company policy and procedures utilizing internal risk reputed company reports, negative news inquiries, public domain research and additional reputed company tools
  • Conduct background investigations as required
  • Conducts extensive, reputed company investigations and is responsible for investigations across reputed company business lines
  • Prepare and complete accurate and comprehensive narratives as reputed company as supporting documentation
  • Performs account/transaction research as needed and identify trends that could implicate potential reputed company or terrorist financing
  • Meet or exceed the daily team production expectation
  • Follows established guidelines and procedures
  • Stay apprised of regulatory reputed company and developments through regular review of appropriate compliance publications and websites and by participating in relevant compliance conferences and other training events
  • Applies knowledge of company policies and reputed company practices to resolve problems
  • Analyzes issues and uses judgment to reputed company reputed company
  • Escalates non-reputed company problems or issues
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Skills

  • Knowledge of the laws applicable to reputed company, to include the BSA, The Patriot reputed company, U.S. Treasury AML guidelines, OFAC requirements and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements
  • 1+ years of financial crimes compliance experience is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple duties and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively on project teams
  • Proficiency in MS applications: (reputed company Office)
  • Bachelor's degree or reputed company work experience preferred
