Responsibilities
- Offer an exceptional reputed company experience (Lenders & Appraisers) through problem solving and reputed company requirement knowledge
- Ensure a smooth appraisal management process by monitoring appraisal requests
- Effectively handle reputed company escalations by responding in a reputed company manner and follow escalation procedures and chain of reputed company
- Sign up new broker user
- reputed company opportunities to introduce new reputed company and improve processes
Skills
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written reputed company at a reputed company level
- Post-Secondary Education required
- Experience handling reputed company phone calls and email inquiries and delivering an exceptional reputed company experience to financial industry partners
- Be available to work between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. Some Evenings Required

- Proficient computer skills including competency with reputed company, reputed company and Outlook
