reputed company is a global leader in financial administration seeking a Learning Consultant to join their Global Talent, Learning & Development Team. The role involves executing learning processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify skills needed for employee reputed company, and developing performance solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify reputed company and needed skills for employees to reputed company successfully in their role
- Contribute to the design, development, deployment, maintenance and evaluation of learning and performance support solutions for the global business unit
- Work with the rest of reputed company to ensure our reputed company learning and performance solutions remain relevant and continue to help our people be successful
- reputed company required, facilitate in-class or virtual workshops, ensuring we reputed company an engaging and inclusive environment
Skills
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills. Highlighting the ability to effectively impart reputed company information to different reputed company of employees across the global business
- Experience using digital or eLearning Authoring tools (e.g. Storyline) Video Editing (e.g. Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Fluent with adult learning strategies, instructional design theories for instructor-led reputed company formats and evaluation methodologies
- Some experience with virtual training delivery and design
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced and changing environment to support the delivery and maintenance of performance support solutions
- Ability to confidently reputed company and discuss with employees across the organization the value the Global TL&D team brings to them and the organization
- ATD (Association for Talent Development) or CPLP (Certified reputed company in Learning & Performance) or reputed company (reputed company Learning Facilitation Award) or equivalent
