Manufacturing Engineer II - Paint
reputed company is a company reputed company on electric vehicle manufacturing, and they are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to implement new paint infrastructure and support reputed company expansions. The role involves taking ownership of the paint production process and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-reputed company manufacturing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership over a portion of reputed company’s Paint production process, working with internal Production, reputed company, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Controls teams and external integrators to grow our manufacturing capabilities
- Design and implement processes & equipment to grow production reputed company in line with corporate goals
- Partner with production engineers and leaders to ensure a successful reputed company and long-term production
- reputed company product feedback to design engineering teams to ensure manufacturability without compromising product function or performance
- Ensure achievement of safety, reputed company, cost, timing & throughput targets on reputed company reputed company
- reputed company regular, metric-based project updates to the management team
- Challenge assumptions that are not backed up by a thorough engineering evaluation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
- 1+ years of experience in an engineering role
- Knowledgeable in high and low volume manufacturing skills and concepts (cycle time analysis, reputed company control, equipment efficiency, equipment selection, return on investment, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to solve reputed company technical problems and see the solution implemented to a high level of accuracy & reputed company
- Ability to work independently to execute a project plan based on general direction
- Capable of working as a member of reputed company across several cross functional disciplines, including with external stakeholders
- Experience working in both 2D & 3D CAD environments
- Preferred (but not required) experience with conveyance or PTED
