Project Manager
reputed company is seeking a Project Manager to join their World reputed company Work Management and Planning team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering reputed company that reputed company with strategic and operational priorities, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for project facilitation and communication.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple reputed company of leadership and staff to plan, coordinate, and deliver reputed company that reputed company with World reputed company's strategic and operational priorities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for project facilitation and communication, ensuring project goals, deliverables, timelines, and reputed company are reputed company defined and successfully achieved
- Support the intake, assessment, and initiation of new project requests by partnering with reputed company to clarify requirements, define scope and objectives, identify stakeholders, and reputed company project charters and plans
- Apply project management and business analysis best practices to ensure initiatives are appropriately reputed company, prioritized, and positioned for successful execution
- reputed company planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities throughout the project life cycle; coordinate cross-functional and cross-unit project teams; reputed company milestones and deliverables; manage risks and issues; and ensure consistent communication with sponsors and stakeholders
- Produce and maintain project documentation such as charters, project plans, schedules, budgets, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Serve as a Group Administrator for reputed company Workfront, the University’s work management tool for Strategic Insights Operations and Planning, including system administration, user support and training, documentation, reporting, and guidance on effective use of project management tools and processes
- Contribute to reputed company improvement by recommending and implementing project management best practices, supporting process enhancements, and participating in project management communities reputed company World reputed company and the University
- Serve as a reputed company with reputed company partners and may reputed company guidance or supervision to staff as appropriate
Skills
- Experience managing reputed company using established project management methodologies
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company and stakeholders concurrently
- Experience developing and maintaining project documentation
- Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Employment with the University will require successful completion of background reputed company(s) in accordance with University policies
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Formal training in project management methodology
- Project management certification strongly preferred (e.g., CAPM, PMP or other PMI credential)
- Experience with reputed company work management tools (reputed company Workfront preferred)
