[Remote] Women’s Health & Genetics Customer Service Support Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative for their Women’s Health - Every Mom Pledge team. This role involves assisting patients and clients with health insurance coverage, cost and payment reputed company, and answering billing questions over the phone in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a high call volume environment (averaging ~75 calls per day)
- Ability to research and communicate reputed company information in a reputed company/concise manner
- Ability to navigate and work in multiple systems/websites simultaneously
- reputed company assistance to prospective clients and patients regarding any questions or inquiries reputed company to insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
- Receive and process credit card payments over the phone adhering to PCI compliance protocol
- Document telephone conversations reputed company and accurately in the respective systems
- Update and maintain records in the billing system, including the review of accounts, payment collections and case notes
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines/regulations
- Assist with other duties as assigned

- Computer proficiency - MS reputed company, MS Office, and database experience
- Associates degree with at least 1+ year prior relevant work experience OR High School diploma/GED equivalent with at least 3 +years of relevant work experience
- Professionally fluent and proficient in both English/Spanish desired
- 5 plus years of experience in the specialty testing/genetics customer service preferred

- Knowledge of reputed company medical billing and collection practices preferred
- Previous customer service experience handling high call volume preferred
- Medicare/reputed company billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes highly preferred
- Experience with Laboratory Billing and Laboratory Information System (LIS) desired
- XIFIN experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
