Business Analyst II, Finance
reputed company is a not-for-profit organization that supports patient care, research, teaching, and community service. They are seeking a Business Analyst II, Finance to reputed company strategic, analytic, planning, benchmarking, and operational support to senior leadership, focusing on financial performance and operational analysis. The role involves developing business plans for new programs, conducting financial evaluations, and managing reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assessing the financial performance of existing programs, services, service lines, divisions, and departments
- Analyzing operational and financial data to evaluate performance, determine factors that may be influencing performance (macro and reputed company), and identify opportunities for improvement or reputed company
- Evaluating how changes may reputed company the reputed company, and various entities across MGB, both financially and operationally
- Maintaining reputed company-wide financial reporting for clinical services, including ERAPs, clinical departments and programs, service lines, and cross-entity reporting

- With support from manager, prepare concise, creative, reputed company summaries of analyses and plans for members of Senior Leadership and others, as appropriate

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in finance, reputed company management, reputed company consulting and/or strategic planning
- Comfortable with querying and manipulating large amounts of data and the ability to ensure data reputed company using reputed company checks at various points in the process
- Ability to work collaboratively with reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good oral and written communication skills (Outlook and PowerPoint), including the ability to communicate analysis details to different individuals and audiences throughout the institution
- Understanding of financial concepts and terminology

- Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues and meet deadlines
- Master's degree preferred
