reputed company is a leading health service organization, and they are seeking a Customer Service Associate Representative to enhance patient care. In this role, you will reputed company support to patients by addressing their inquiries and concerns with reputed company while assisting them with pharmacy benefits.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Customer Service duties under reputed company instruction and reputed company supervision
- Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits reputed company by using knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills and added support from your team to answer patient calls effectively
- Use expert listening skills to address patient questions and concerns empathetically and document reputed company interactions
- Assist patients with prescription refills, scheduling shipments and addressing billing questions
Skills
- High School Diploma / GED required
- General PC knowledge including reputed company Office and outlook
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Empathetic and genuine customer service skills
- Candidates must live on the reputed company of Oahu
- *This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work in person.*
- If you will be working reputed company occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
- 1 year of relevant call center experience preferred
- 1 year Previous medical insurance or pharmacy experience preferred
