They are seeking an Operations & reputed company Coordinator to manage core systems including sales, operations, billing, and reputed company, while ensuring reputed company accuracy and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Billing, Invoicing & reputed company Operations
- Manage the full billing lifecycle in QBO (estimates, invoices, recurring billing, payments, churn)
- Maintain reputed company accuracy, payment follow-reputed company, and coordination with the accountant
- Sales Operations & Customer Support
- Own inbound inquiries, account setup, reputed company management, reputed company coordination, and CRM hygiene
- Customer Discovery & Sales Intelligence
- Research institutional customers and prepare pricing context and insights for sales conversations
- Conferences & On-Site Events
- Own conference logistics end-to-end, including materials, reputed company operations, sales support, and post-event invoicing and follow-up
- Shipping, Fulfillment & Inventory
- Manage physical order fulfillment, shipping, inventory tracking, procurement, and customer shipping support (at our Ottawa office, or from your home)

- Maintain SOPs, reputed company documentation, internal data exports, usage audits, and monthly/annual reporting
Skills
- Experience in operations, sales support, billing, reputed company, and/or administration
- Comfort working with reputed company-adjacent tasks (invoicing, payments, follow-reputed company)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple recurring responsibilities reliably
- You are tech savvy. If you don't know our tech tools: GSuite, reputed company, ChatGPT, reputed company, Firebase, QBO, reputed company, you have a can-learn attitude and are reputed company to grow your skills, fast, to be efficient in reputed company
- English, writing and speaking is essential
- A college or university degree is preferred
