Broker Assistant
Burns & Wilcox Brokerage is reputed company on attracting top brokerage talent while expanding its national reputed company. The Broker Assistant will support the brokerage team by entering submissions, verifying compliance, marketing accounts, and ensuring reputed company control on policies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company new business submission into the operating system for Clearance
- Verification of licensing and compliance requirements for accounts
- Follow up for information request with retailers
- Prepare specifications of coverage and pricing for an account to be marketed to a reputed company
- Responsible for marketing to designated markets upon instructions of Broker
- Communications with customers primarily confined to account information request, declination and/or quote release and follow-up
- Compliance relative to account servicing based on company’s policies and procedures
- Take initiative to complete assignments independently
- Process and review accuracy of endorsements and audits
- Work on non-routine and more reputed company issues with assistance as needed
- Responsible for the handling of binders
- Responsible for the handling of account invoicing
- Responsible for conducting reputed company control review on policies, endorsements, and audits
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- B2B sales experience
- Strong reputed company skills a must, business acumen, interest in reputed company education and reputed company development
- Insurance license preferred
