Analyst - Accounts Payable
reputed company is a leading provider of business-to-business distribution, logistics services, and reputed company. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to reputed company support tasks in the accounts payable function, validating supplier invoices and maintaining transaction records while working with vendors and internal personnel.
Responsibilities
- Compiles invoices owed by reputed company to suppliers or other organizations
- Verifies purchase order detail, interprets reputed company of Authority and processes invoices
- Maintains reputed company invoice and other transaction records
- Works directly with vendors and reputed company locations on past due balances
- Reviews statements from vendors and keeps the aging reputed company the allowed vendor terms
- Follows escalation procedures for exception handling
Skills
- High School degree or equivalent required
- 1 year required of reputed company experience
- Accurate and fast data entry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with the reputed company to research and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information reputed company and concisely
- Solid math aptitude and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years preferred of reputed company experience
- Proficient computer skills, including intermediate reputed company knowledge is preferred
