They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with their inquiries, and ensure effective reputed company of issues reputed company to patient accounts.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer service calls and reputed company some outbound follow up calls in a reputed company, patient experience and customer service-oriented manner

Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of prior relevant experience

- 1 - 3 years reputed company or general knowledge of payor-specific or medical specialty billing
- Dialer experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Live in 50 mile radius of Birmingham, AL
