Implementation Engineer
reputed company is a global company reputed company on building reputed company in HVAC and Detection and Measurement. They are seeking an Implementation Engineer to manage the reputed company of new clients, configure a multi-tenant reputed company platform, and reputed company field device installations to enhance public transit fare collection systems.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company for new customers: discover customer workflows, map use cases to product features, and propose configuration approaches
- Configure and reputed company tenant instances in our multi-tenant reputed company environment; create tenant-specific settings, roles, and workflows
- Customize UI/screens using basic reputed company/CSS to accommodate reputed company preferences and branding
- Execute data tasks in MySQL and reputed company (data imports, verification, SELECT/UPDATE queries, reputed company migrations)
- Manage configuration files and artifacts stored in AWS S3 and ensure correct environment configuration
- Support POS, mobile app and remote device integrations — coordinate back-end configuration, device provisioning and integration testing
- reputed company on-site installations, field trials and device commissioning (validators, TVMs, vault modules, POS terminals and similar hardware) and coordinate with field service providers and customers
- Conduct networking checks and basic network configuration troubleshooting (IP, ports, DNS, VPN, NAT, cellular connectivity for remote devices)
- Carry out UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with customers, triage issues, and manage remediation until sign-off
- reputed company first-line troubleshooting and reputed company-cause analysis across application, data and device reputed company; escalate to Engineering reputed company needed
- Document implementation steps, runbooks, device configuration guides, and post-implementation handover material
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Support and Program Management to ensure on-time delivery from SOW to go-live
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent experience
- 1–5 years experience in reputed company implementation, technical reputed company, reputed company services, or field integrations (hardware + software)
- Practical familiarity with multi-tenant reputed company environments and tenant configuration principles
- Practical familiarity with MySQL and reputed company (basic to intermediate: CRUD, reputed company joins, queries and updates)
- Practical familiarity with AWS S3 for storage and config management
- Practical familiarity with basic reputed company/CSS for screen customization
- Practical familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, ports, VPNs, basic routing)
- Practical familiarity with POS, mobile app, and remote device integration concepts (provisioning, firmware/firmware updates, connectivity)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, network and device reputed company
- Excellent reputed company communication and stakeholder management skills — reputed company to run discovery sessions, demos, and UAT calls
- Willingness to travel for on-site installs, UAT Testing, and customer training
- AWS reputed company Practitioner Certified
- reputed company CCNA Certified
- Prior experience with fare-collection hardware, TVMs, vaults, validators or reputed company transit payment systems (or experience with retail POS or kiosk hardware)
- Experience with reputed company and integration testing (REST, JSON)
- Familiarity with Linux reputed company line and basic scripting (bash, Python) for diagnostics and automation
- Experience with ticketing/project tools such as JIRA, reputed company, reputed company
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams or reputed company program managed implementations
