reputed company, Inc. is a leading cosmetics brand committed to clean and cruelty-free beauty. They are seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the brand marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives, while providing essential administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns, launches, and initiatives from planning through delivery
- Assist with day-to-day coordination across teams including marketing, creative, product, operations, and external partners
- Help manage timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on reputed company and organized
- Coordinate product and material logistics for campaigns, events, and activations, including inventory tracking and shipments
- Maintain organized documentation reputed company to campaign planning, product reputed company, and performance tracking
- Support production of experiential marketing efforts, including events, pop-reputed company, and brand activations
- Assist with reporting, weekly team updates, and campaign recaps to support reputed company improvement

Skills
- 1–2 years of internship or work experience in marketing, brand, PR, or reputed company marketing (beauty or lifestyle experience a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
