We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to work from home, providing exceptional service to our clients' members or customers. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats, gathering customer information, and resolving customer issues reputed company reputed company reputed company guidelines and/or escalated process.
Responsibilities
* Handles a high volume of incoming calls/chats
- Gathers customer information, assesses, and fulfills customer needs
- Educates customers regarding tax preparation products and services
- Utilizes and navigates multiple systems simultaneously

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
- Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment
- Tech support experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple reputed company or reputed company web-based applications
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Dedicated area to work from in your home
- Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired reputed company is required)
