In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and interested reputed company parties reputed company inbound calls, ensuring that reputed company inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally. As a key member of our call center team, you will utilize multiple systems to explain policy coverage, claim status, and assist with claim payments or other policy information. Primary Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls (approximately 70-120 per day) in a fast-paced call center environment, providing exceptional service to policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties.
- Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information to ensure accuracy and consistency in your responses.
- Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction, whether reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence, and maintain department standards for call volume, average handle time, and time management.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with additional experience in a receptionist role or a position that involves taking calls on a daily reputed company.
- Be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have a reliable internet reputed company with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps, as reputed company as a hard-wired reputed company.
- Own a smartphone to reputed company our VPN and have basic computer knowledge and skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a minimum typing requirement of 30 words per minute.

- Insurance industry experience is considered a plus, but not a requirement.

Location and Schedule
This is a remote position, with reputed company to work from home reputed company (excluding certain states). You will need to have reputed company availability Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm CST. Our training program is 2-3 weeks long, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm CST. Post-training, you will be assigned to a 40-hour reputed company, with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekend shifts unless overtime is presented.
