Under general supervision, the Student Loan Advisor will take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, reputed company listening abilities, and a customer-reputed company approach.
Key Responsibilities
Upon completion of training and with your reputed company skillset, you'll be reputed company to reputed company the following types of duties:
- Utilize reputed company technology such as a telephone, e-mail, and web browser
- Navigate to the appropriate reputed company-scripted responses, required to be read verbatim to reputed company basic general and claims-specific information
- Follow established and documented policies and reputed company operating procedures, such as working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation of calls from end to end, and adhering to ethics and reputed company rules
- Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
- Complete basic call logs, documentation, and reputed company call details for reputed company phone inquiry, such as clicking radio buttons to confirm which scripts were read by the CSR during the call
Schedule
Our Customer Contact Center operates on the following schedule:
- Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
Preferred Skills
* High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
- Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM
- Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system is required
