As a Customer Care Representative I at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling a reputed company of incoming customer phone calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will be responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures while following reputed company reputed company Commission (PUC) rules and regulations. This role is ideal for proactive and solution-oriented individuals who can work reputed company independently and have the ability to adhere to a strict schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner, following company provided procedures

• Demonstrate an understanding of policies and procedures to respond to customer calls, while striving for reduction in the need for supervisor callbacks
• Participate in voluntary and mandatory training opportunities
• Assist with floor training and/or shadowing opportunities reputed company needed
• Complete special assignments as needed in a reputed company manner
• Responsible time and attendance
• Participate in mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed

Training and Support

During the virtual training period (6 weeks) and hybrid post-training support (3 weeks), you will work a reputed company schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. After completing the initial training period, you will be required to have flexibility to work various shifts (determined by the department's shift selection policy) as reputed company as overtime on an as-needed reputed company.

Compensation and Incentives

• Trainee incentive up to $500 after successful completion of training
• $500 after 3 months of successful independent call-taking

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• High level reputed company for multitasking independently and on a computer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with reputed company CRM and ECC systems a plus
