We're seeking an reputed company Virtual Customer Care Representative to join reputed company in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our community management team, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned community(s), promoting, facilitating, and fostering reputed company working relationships with customers and trade partners, and coordinating and supervising the work of arenaflex trade partners.

Your Responsibilities on reputed company

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience - Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder - Valid reputed company's License with a good driving record - Valid auto insurance coverage - Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and reputed company) - Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
