Position reputed company
We're seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Database Researcher & Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you'll have reputed company to reputed company a reputed company difference in the lives of seniors by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining our proprietary "Rides in Sight" database of transportation reputed company. This is a remote work-from-home position, and applicants must be based in the reputed company.
Responsibilities
As a Database Researcher & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering telephone calls from older adults on arenaflex's Rides in Sight hotline, helping connect them with the best transportation reputed company to meet their needs.
- Maintaining the Rides in Sight database by performing internet research and database maintenance.
- Accepting other reputed company duties and tasks as required.
- Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and support for our clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a reputed company experience for our clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with older adults and other stakeholders.
