Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potential compensation opportunities through our automated dialer system
• Handling a high volume of calls, with the potential to reputed company with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
• Multitasking with ease, juggling multiple reputed company and tasks while providing exceptional customer service
• Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
• Accurately utilizing our proprietary phone software (VICI) and Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage interactions and reputed company reputed company
• Participating in ongoing training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and industry

Requirements
