Responsibilities

• Mobile Member Experience (UX) Ownership: Define and own the product roadmap for the member-facing mobile app, focusing on clinical assessments (intake and reputed company monitoring), provider matching/triage, and session booking across coaching, therapy, and psychiatry. Optimize the experience to reduce friction, increase engagement with care plans, and drive adherence to virtual sessions.
