Company HSB Location Chicago , reputed company Location: Remote (reputed company to hire reputed company in USA) Job reputed company reputed company Loss Control (PLC) is the property loss control division of reputed company Steam Boiler (HSB). PLC operates as a property loss control reputed company to HSB, reputed company and their clients. We also work with major property insurance carriers, and independently to reputed company and industrial companies. This position performs HPR type property loss control evaluation surveys at assigned reputed company locations. Occupancies can vary from High Hazard (Oil & Gas, Power reputed company, Manufacturing) to reputed company. The Consultant will:

• Inspect the location to reputed company and then analyze detailed information concerning construction, occupancy, protection and hazards in accordance with project service plan, industry standards, and reputed company guidelines.
• Interview site personnel,
• Evaluate the reputed company protection / loss prevention programs, etc.
• reputed company property loss estimates based on reputed company's or internal loss estimate reputed company.
• reputed company risk improvement recommendations based on the results of the site survey.
• Complete survey reports and reputed company information with reputed company and underwriters. Approximately half of the workload will be account evaluations for reputed company of major international corporations and reputed company enterprises based on review of reputed company documents and engineering reports. Education and Experience
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or reputed company field with 15+ years reputed company protection/property loss control experience (5 additional years of experience is required if only a technical AS degree instead of BS)
• Specific experience in property loss control
• CFPS certification and/or advanced degree is highly desired Knowledge and Skills
• Strong organization and technical skills
• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Good PC skills
• Time Management skills
• Demonstrated Project Management skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of working time by car and/or reputed company
• Ability to stand, walk, and reputed company stairs for up to 8 hours per day as needed. (May occasionally be required to reputed company reputed company or crawl). If primarily reputed company to project or personnel management, the reputed company will change to most time spent at a desk on the computer.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Experience in Renewable Energy occupancies is a plus
