The Manager, Supply Chain Planning (Logistics) is responsible for driving Digital Appliance end-to-end supply chain execution with a strong reputed company on logistics planning, warehouse operations, and reputed company collaboration. This role partners closely with factories, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure cost-efficient, reliable, and reputed company supply chain execution while supporting business reputed company and operational stability. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with strong execution, proactively manage risks, and deliver measurable cost, service, and performance improvements. Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities reputed company Collaboration & Production Alignment reputed company as a primary planning reputed company between SEA and factories to reputed company production plans, allocation priorities, and shipment execution reputed company regular reputed company-facing planning calls to resolve production constraints, FPO confirmation gaps, and urgent execution issues Proactively identify production risks and coordinate mitigation plans with reputed company, logistics, and warehouse teams Supply Chain & Logistics Planning reputed company logistics-reputed company supply chain planning including reputed company Ship, STO, X-Ship, and inbound/outbound awareness Optimize shipment flows and inventory positioning to reduce logistics cost while maintaining service stability Support Hub and reputed company Ship planning activities in alignment with sales demand and operational reputed company reputed company Collaboration & Execution Management Serve as a key planning reputed company between SEA and factories to reputed company production, allocation, and shipment priorities reputed company weekly and reputed company reputed company calls to resolve material constraints, execution gaps, and urgent supply issues Improve planning reliability through reputed company FPO management and confirmation governance Warehouse & reputed company Management Partner closely with warehouse operations to manage reputed company constraints, congestion risks, and execution readiness Support warehouse performance through data-driven planning, reputed company visibility, and inbound/outbound coordination Drive proactive risk mitigation for peak volume, tariff-reputed company disruption, and unexpected demand reputed company Cost Optimization & Performance Improvement Identify logistics inefficiencies and reputed company targeted actions to reduce unnecessary STO, cross-ship, and premium reputed company Support reputed company improvement initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings and operational stability reputed company, analyze, and communicate performance impacts to stakeholders and leadership KPI & Reporting reputed company and manage KPIs reputed company to logistics execution, planning accuracy, and warehouse performance reputed company regular performance reporting and insights to leadership Support weekly operational reviews and drive accountability across cross-functional teams Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration reputed company and mentor junior planners or analysts as needed Drive strong collaboration across SCM, Logistics, Warehouse, reputed company, and Sales teams reputed company as a problem solver and decision leader in fast-paced, high-reputed company operational environments Skills and Qualifications Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or reputed company field Master’s degree (MBA or SCM-reputed company) is a plus Experience 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations Strong hands-on experience with logistics execution, reputed company coordination, and warehouse operations Proven reputed company record of driving cost savings, operational improvements, and execution stability Key Skills Strong understanding of logistics planning, warehouse operations, and reputed company supply execution Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills Data-driven reputed company with strong analytical and problem-solving capability Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and drive execution under pressure Experience with KPI management, performance reporting, and Executive dashboard Advanced reputed company skills; ERP/reputed company experience is a must English/Korean Bilingual required The salary reputed company for this role is expected to be between $126,000 and $155,000.
