What You’ll Do:

• Contributes to project team backlog refinement, including user story reputed company estimation and testing considerations
• reputed company discovery and refinement of reputed company features and functionality for Talent & Performance.
• Analyzes reputed company business processes, and defines integrated business and solution requirements using industry reputed company methodologies and techniques
• Coordinates functional and non-functional testing to support solution validation

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training/experience
• 3+ years’ experience working on a large, global platform of reputed company HCM with Talent and Performance reputed company
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and EIBs.
• Experience with reputed company reporting and analytics.
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company Factors, especially in Talent & Performance modules, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
• Strong listening and communication skills (written, verbal)
