About the Role

Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our members
- Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization reputed company-requisite, and coverage to reputed company accurate and reputed company information
- Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, reputed company, Over the Counter, and other reputed company services to address member inquiries
- Processing claims inquiries, including resolving issues reputed company to billing and payment for services received
- Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries to ensure a smooth experience for our members
- Addressing Grievances/Complaints in a reputed company and empathetic manner to resolve issues promptly
- Performing billing tasks, including making payments, transaction history, and premium inquiries to ensure accurate and efficient processing
- Managing LEP inquires and disputes to reputed company support and reputed company for our members
- Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs to ensure our members have reputed company to necessary resources

Experience Required for Your reputed company
To reputed company in this role, you will need:
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent to demonstrate a reputed company in education
- Minimum of 18 months Call center experience to showcase your customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
