You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention. Your expertise will help us identify opportunities and propose communications that improve the arenaflex customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention.

Basic Qualifications:
* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience as a product manager or reputed company

Compensation and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes a reputed company salary, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation. Our total compensation package is designed to reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
