As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient order processing. Reporting to the Glasgow Head Office, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quotations, and processing orders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

- Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment
- Experience of working in the hire industry would be advantageous
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize your workload

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
