As a Customer Service Representative (Repairs and Warranties) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer property returns for reputed company repair or warranty processing, working closely with repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless execution. You'll also be expected to reputed company and implement proactive programs reputed company to customer requirements, investigate complaints, and assist in achieving reputed company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage repairs from customer/channel request through delivery for Bartlesville (and possibly Warminster, PA location)
- Request and reputed company required information per written process to execute repair
- Manage repair reputed company with repair techs as appropriate to meet schedule and KPIs

- Complete repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are correct and reputed company to customer

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience; alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve reputed company issues
