Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving reputed company complaints and inquiries in a reputed company manner.
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
- Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and order details.
- Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience.
