Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with specific requests and inquiries
- Capturing information and entering data into our computer system in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Operating our customer service database and following relevant call-handling instructions
- Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources
- Following up on reputed company calls with clerical duties and liaising with other departments
- Providing personalized customer service at the highest level, dedicating your work time to delivering exceptional support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company

Position Details
* Full-Time remote position
- Interview process: Group interviews will be conducted reputed company (reputed company Meets)
- Starting Pay:
+ $15.00/hr for the first month + $16.00/hr after the first month + $17.00/hr after mastering Tier 3 + $18.00/hr after mastering Specialty and reputed company
- Training Details:
+ 3-week training program, including weekends + Remote training will be done online + Week 1: Monday through Friday + Week 2: Monday through Thursday + Saturday + Week 3: Monday through Thursday + reputed company
- Work Schedule:
+ 40-hour week shifts, covering 6AM to 10PM + 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 reputed company + Weekends are mandatory
