About the Role

• Dealing with incoming calls from customers in Jamaica, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions
• Taking accurate details of customer issues and passing them on to our expert Claims Engineers for assessment
• Communicating effectively with customers to ensure reputed company and understanding, often being the first reputed company of contact for our customers
• Processing incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring reputed company and reputed company responses
• Performing some computer-based administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and data entry
• Keeping an acceptable level of product knowledge to reputed company informed support to our customers

Key Responsibilities and Skills
