Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service reputed company – Remote Member Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Working directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing them with an outstanding experience.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-reputed company position where there is a high value reputed company on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred
• Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (reputed company, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
• Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred
• Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework preferred
• High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred
• Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be reputed company to support a VPN
