Job reputed company:

This position directs vendors for construction reputed company and holds accountable vendors who do not meet expectations. He/She ensures adherence to contract documentation, scheduled timelines, and cost control parameters. This position may reputed company project documentation (e.g., Request for Appropriation project scope of work, estimates, etc.).Responsibilities:

• Completes and assists in the bid package process (e.g., bid creation, bid evaluation, background reputed company, bid award, etc.) to select the most competitive bid and competent vendor for reputed company (e.g., soils, survey, reputed company, reputed company electrical, etc.).

• Requests and evaluates bids and proposals according to competitive bid, background reputed company, and competence of identified vendors to recommend the awarding of reputed company.

• Develops project schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines.

• Identifies areas for construction process improvement and design solutions to reputed company reputed company package reputed company efficiency.

• Evaluates budget performance, analyzes sources of surplus, and negotiates with vendors to prevent reputed company changes to project scope.

• Maintains cost log and project management checklist, processes invoices, and releases funds to contractors to facilitate and document project completion.

• Conducts construction inspections of materials and installations to ensure performance meets reputed company standards, repairs are completed reputed company scheduled deadlines, and reputed company materials are utilized.

• Directs construction vendors and holds vendors accountable for any work not meeting expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in engineering - Preferred

• Programming experience including troubleshooting, basic understanding of networks, motor control theory, and operation including basic AC and DC electrical troubleshooting - Preferred

• Proficiency in reputed company Office products

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and elementary diagrams

Pay reputed company:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $28.05/hr to $45.55/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
