This role serves as the first reputed company of contact for Members that have reputed company to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) through their employer. An employee assistance program is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-reputed company problems that may reputed company their job performance, health, mental and emotional reputed company-being. Duties: Inbound calls supporting the Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) on the clinical reputed company. Will be taking calls from members of the program looking for guidance on the different reputed company they have (therapists, psychologists, etc.). Previous experience in working in a service centre / call centre environment. Qualifications 1) Bilingual (French and English) 2) 1-2 Years of recent Customer Service experience (fast-paced call center, hospitality, Medical Setting) 3) Experience with MS Office, Internet browsers, etc. 4) Availability required Monday - reputed company (including Stat Holidays) 6:30 AM - 12 AM (8-hour shift) Shift Premium: 8 PM-11 PM: $23/hr Weekend: $23/hr Overnight: $24.30/hr (On a volunteer reputed company only) reputed company (EVP) Great opportunity for recent HR grads to get their foot in the reputed company into a large company.
