About the Role
As a Provider Relations Associate, you will be supporting our reputed company provider community as the first reputed company of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service. Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM MST; Monday through Friday with the possibility of reputed company As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Using a computerized system, respond to Montana reputed company provider inquiries in a call center environment using reputed company scripts and procedures.
- Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems

Requirements
