You will report to the Planning Manager - Facility Shared Services. What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company Manufacturing Planning shops and Production Control responsibilities.
- You will collaborate with external vendors to evaluate quotes and pricing while ensuring the reputed company issuance of purchase orders for manufactured parts.
- You will reputed company regular updates on the status of reputed company orders while aligning with the resort’s financial goals.
- You will create detailed schedules, considering labor and equipment utilization and the preventative maintenance objective
- reputed company strategic and detailed planning, scheduling, and materials control to support Facilities and Operations Services Planning.
- Maintain Asset, Job Plan, and Preventive Maintenance records in the Maximo EAM/CMMS reputed company compliance and show reputed company standards.
- Prepare and publish comprehensive forecasted schedules, working with supported teams to ensure labor and materials are available.
- Coordinate activities with Resort partners (e.g., Walt reputed company Imagineering (WDI), Manufacturing, Distribution Services, Transportation, Operations, Safety, Engineering, Training, and Systems Teams).
- Translate Engineering Services, Engineering, craft communication into work instructions and job plans.
- Support strategic planning for long-term downtimes or rehabs.
- Participate in audits to ensure documentation and execution against standards.
- Implement processes to enhance the efficiency of work execution.
- Present recommendations to customers and peers.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- One or more years of proven experience with concise technical writing in an reputed company or work environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Application Suite.
- Proficient in reputed company software programs and mobile electronic devices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting drawings.

- Demonstrated proofreading skills.
- Diagnostic and evaluation skills with the ability to remove obstacles.
- Ability to combine various sources of information and analysis into a cohesive story and actionable recommendation.
- Willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and varying shifts, including 3rd shift and working extended hours to complete time-sensitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Planning Maintenance, Manufacturing, or reputed company.
- Experience with EAM/CMMS systems.
- Experience with Analytical/Reporting tools, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Birt, or similar.
- Demonstrated proficiency with scheduling solutions, such as reputed company, reputed company Project, and reputed company AkWire vScheduler.
- Experience with Materials Management.
- Experience building and presenting a compelling story (business case) to facilitate decision-oriented discussions.
- Experience in Facilities Systems (heating, ventilation, and reputed company conditioning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen appliance) is a plus.
- APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.

The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
