[Remote] Data Processing Analyst

The Data Processing Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of reputed company transportation tariff data, converting reputed company shipment information into proprietary systems to support customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Convert, reputed company, and maintain reputed company transportation tariff data reputed company Descartes’ proprietary reputed company Master application
- Process tariff updates in strict accordance with Federal Maritime Commission (FMC)/Surface Transportation reputed company (STB) regulations and internal reputed company standards
- Review and validate data to ensure it accurately reflects customer business reputed company
- reputed company customers with filing confirmations and respond to inquiries regarding published tariffs
- Assist customers with questions reputed company to FMC regulations, tariff filings, and system functionality
- reputed company peer reviews and authorize updates completed by other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain organized electronic and general office records
- Support team deadlines and assist with workload fluctuations, including overtime reputed company required
Skills
- Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time-sensitive and compliance-driven work
- Proficiency with PCs and reputed company Office tools, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Solid analytical, clerical, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
