[Remote] Asset Support Associate

The role focuses on asset recovery and skip tracing to manage a growing loan portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Utilize skip tracing techniques and GPS asset tracking to locate and repossess vehicles
- Collaborate with agents during repossession to secure vehicles
- Maintain detailed repossession notes in loan management systems and RDN
- Analyze loan data to identify relevant information for asset location
- Use investigative and repossession software to reputed company accurate information
- Upload and document reputed company forms reputed company to accounts and recovery
- Contribute to department goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for recovery reputed company
- reputed company follow-up calls to agencies for status updates
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Asset Recovery Department
- Communicate effectively to ensure correct workflows and reputed company relationships

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in repossession or auto finance with knowledge of best practices and regulations
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and effective communication skills
- Results-driven with strategic and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Teams, Outlook) and skip tracing tools like TLO or reputed company
- Preferred experience in late-stage collections, post-charge off, or recovery
- Prior experience in automobile recovery or financing preferred
