As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to respond to user needs in a reputed company and reputed company manner, primarily through email-based support. Your duties will include responding to reputed company incoming communication, investigating and resolving customer issues, processing refunds, and compiling chargeback disputes. Key Responsibilities:
